  1. Do you ship outside of the U.S? Yes, we now ship worldwide.
  2. What is your refund policy? We do not offer refunds. However, we issue store credit only for qualified return items. Please review our refund policy page. https://couturesboutique.com/policies/refund-policy
  3. How long is shipping? All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-5 business days or sooner through UPS. This does not include weekends or holidays.

  4. Can I meet with you to get my order? We offer local pickup, Coutures Boutique will not drive to you or meet halfway. If location is too far please select shipping at checkout. You have 4 days after your pickup is ready to get your order. After 4 days your order will be refunded and back on the site. Please text or dial 678-272-5151 when arrive at location and bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. 
  5. I ordered the wrong item, what can I do? In this scenario, please send an email immediately to drina@couturesboutique.com with a subject line, your name, phone number, and order information. Please include the correct items you would like to change/update. Allow 24hrs to receive an email confirmation for your request.
  6. What forms of payments do you accept? We accept all major debit or credit cards and also Paypal express checkout. Please be sure your name and billing information is entered correctly.
