Return Policy
If you would like to return for a refund, you MUST purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout. You cannot return for refund, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your order is subject to the policy below.
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.
You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process here. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Store credit expires after 60 days of issuance.
Non-returnable merchandise include final sale products, jewelry, handbags and sunglasses collections, formal gowns, swimwear, and bodysuits, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Below are the requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Coutures Boutique
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached
Coutures Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping and all orders are quality checked and documented before shipment; therefore, damaged or missing merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
Return Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon receipt of your package, return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. Store credit expires after 60 days of issuance.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
Exchanges
Due to COVID-19, we currently do not accept any exchange at this time, please be sure to purchase accordingly to your size. If item appear small, please order one size up.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 464291, Lawrenceville, GA 30042, United States *Office is not opened to the public*
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
- Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
