PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-7 business days or sooner. through UPS. This does not include weekends or holidays. 
You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP at info@couturesboutique.com

*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

All orders are quality checked and documented before shipment. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state delivered.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.


HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
 All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-5 business days excluding holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is between 3-5 business days for U.S orders. 

***please note all shipping time is based on UPS, once order has been dropped to the carrier, it is now up to UPS to complete the shipping process. 

International Orders:
1. Canada UPS worldwide expedited 2-5 business. 

2. Rest Of the world carrier is DHL

PickUp Policy

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email regarding your order and the pickup instructions. Note that all items are not eligible for pick up

*You have 3 days after your pickup is ready to get your order. After 3 days your order will be refunded and back on the site. Please text or dial 678-272-5151 when arrive at location and bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. *

Pickup hours are between 10:00am-6:00pm Monday Through Friday unless told otherwise by Coutures Boutique
